Hey y’all! I often talk to all of you about body positivity and menswear but today let’s talk about SLEEP! We all do it, it’s natural. We all have different sleep patterns, sleep comforts and sleep routines. Personally I’m a night owl! I’ve always been that way since I was a kid. I like sleeping on soft mattresses too. If I woke up feeling great one day I can look at my personal metrics and see if anything was different from my past days and vice versa.
